The former WWE Hardcore and European Champion, though, also opened up about his bizarre relationship with the man he held the Tag Team Championships with, Mankind.

After their partnership, Snow betrayed Foley due to Foley’s jokes about him in his autobiography, Have A Nice Day, and a growing jealousy of Foley’s new tag team partner - a certain Great One, the Rock. This wouldn’t last too long with Al Snow’s heel run being essentially overturned by crowd reaction, with the WWE Universe refusing to boo the man who would be at the wrong end of many jokes when the Hardcore Legend became the Commissioner in 2000.

The pair are friends in real life, and Foley continued to joke about Al Snow in his second book, Foley Is Good: And the Real World Is Faker than Wrestling. The pair would also meet up again in Impact Wrestling several years later.
